Cherry White Chocolate Cookies

Do you need a little treat for your Valentine?  I found these cookies here and decided that I had to make them immediately!
Here is the recipe:
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
2 tblsp. cherry flavored Jello
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 package white chocolate instant pudding (3.3 ounces)
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 package white chocolate baking chips
Cream butter, sugar, and Jello together.  Add vanilla and eggs.  In a separate bowl, combine flour, pudding, baking soda, and salt then slowly add to the creamed mixture.  Once combined, fold in the baking chips.  Spoon onto a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.  Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before moving to cooling racks.
I love the pretty pink color (perfect for Valentine's Day) and the combination of cherry and white chocolate is absolutely delicious.  Give them a try!
